If you purchase a subscription or product through a third-party platform (including but not limited to mobile app stores), billing and refunds may be subject to the terms and policies of that platform. In such cases, refund requests must be directed to the respective platform provider.
We are not responsible for refund decisions made by third-party platforms.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to digital content may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and recover associated fees where permitted by law.
